Sneak Peek at a New Mitsubishi

We've recently spotted the front of a Mitsubishi model. Not sounding too interesting? That's probably because Puente Hills Mitsubishi hasn't told you that it just so happens to be the front of an all-new, yet-to-be-named, unseen Mitsubishi model. That's right. We've come across the teaser image for an upcoming Mitsubishi vehicle that will be released at the Geneva Motor Show early this spring.

Almost entirely blacked out, the picture shows only the model's front-end design. The snippet suggests the body of a possible truck or crossover and reveals heavy contours in the hood. While this doesn't give us much to work with, it's what the new vehicle stands for that really matters: a whole new Mitsubishi design strategy.

In a recent press release, Mitsubishi officials state, "This re-focused design language, while still being formulated, is envisaged as an open design concept...refined yet assertive, this new engineering-driven look can be understood as the new expression of Mitsubishi's near century old tradition of technology tailored for today's world"1

Complimentary to the future lineup's modern-day focus, upcoming Mitsubishi vehicles will also take on a wider, global perspective. The unnamed Geneva model will be an initial example of the automaker's global products to come and is slated for launch under the Mitsubishi "Jump 2013" business plan. What's more, word on the street is that it will break boundaries and enter into the premium vehicle segment upon release.

Puente Hills Mitsubishi knows how antsy Mitsubishi fans can get whilst awaiting the unveiling of a completely new model. In order to keep you satisfied until the Geneva Motor Show in March, we promise to provide you with plenty of updates regarding other new Mitsubishi models.
